When you use the booking page, your answers to the preflight questions are evaluated in your browser and are not transmitted to us. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the name, email, and any details you enter when you reserve a time. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you submit.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform your examination, to communicate with you about your appointment, and to meet our obligations as an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner.

Medical records

Medical information collected during an examination is handled under our clinical privacy practices and applicable law, not under this website policy. This website is not a secure channel for health information.

Third parties

We use Calendly for scheduling and Google Fonts for typography. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information.
